Chocolate Truffle Mousse Cake

Huey shares a yummy dessert for you to whip up.


  • 225 good quality dark cooking chocolate

  • 300 ml cream

  • Dutch cocoa

  • Thickened cream


  • 1.

    Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over simmering water.

  • 2.

    At the same time, gently warm the cream in another pot.

  • 3.

    Add the cream to the melted chocolate and whisk until well combined.

  • 4.

    Then pour the mixture into a dish and refrigerate for about 2 hours until set.

  • 5.

    Dust with cocoa and serve with a dollop of thickened cream.

thank goodness a chocolate mousse recipe without raw eggs in it will make today
