Jamon Croque Monsieur

Guillaume Brahimi shares his delicious recipe.


  • 8 slices white bread, toasted

  • 50g unsalted butter

  • 8 thin slices jamon iberico

  • 4 thin slices beaufort cheese

  • Freshly ground pepper


  • 1.

    Place the toast on a chopping board and butter on one side. Add 2 slices of jamon and 1 slice of cheese to half of the slices, and top with the remaining slices of toast. Remove the crusts.

    Slice each sandwich into four triangles to serve.
