Chin Chin

Mix tequila and chilli hot mint to this Vietnamese-style cocktail from Bay Tinh.


  • 45ml Blanco tequila

  • 15ml chilli hot mint syrup

  • 30ml fresh lime

  • 60ml sour sop puree


  • 1.

    Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker and then fill with ice. Shake vigorously and then pour all into a tall glass. top with more ice and chilli on the side of the glass garnish.


Garnish with chilli on side of glass (seeds scraped out!)
