Spiked Cranberry Jellies

Adults only! For a stunning start or fabulous finish at a dinner party.



  • 1.

    Heat 1/4 cup of each juice drink, add three teaspoons gelatine to each and stir until dissolved. Add one alcohol flavour to the remaining 3/4 cup of each juice drink. The blackcurrant liqueur should be added to the cranberry blackcurrant drink, the gin to the grapefruit drink, and the vodka to the raspberry cranberry drink.

  • 2.

    Combine each alcoholic drink mixture with the same flavoured gelatine mixture. Fill shot glasses one third full of one flavour and refrigerate until set. Cover with another flavour and when set top with remaining flavour. Refrigerate until set.
