Roasted Chicken with Craisins® Bread Stuffing

This roast chicken recipe would go down a treat at Sunday lunch.


  • 4 tbspn butter

  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 cups diced white bread

  • 1 tbspn ocean spray® craisins® dried cranberries

  • 1/3 cup parsley, chopped


  • 1.

    Over medium heat melt butter in a frying pan. Add onion, garlic, Craisins®, salt and pepper.

  • 2.

    Cook until onions are soft and clear, add bread and fry for approx 5 minutes or until light brown. Add parsley.

  • 3.

    When cool enough to handle, stuff mixture into chicken, season and roast according to size.
