Classic Banana Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 2 medium bananas, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup low fat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into blender jug. Blend on HIGH for 40 seconds or until smooth.
