Boiled New Potatoes With Olive Oil And Coarse Salt


  • 1 kg new Potato scrubbed

  • coarse Salt

  • Ground black Pepper

  • Olive Oil


  • 1.

    Bring a large pot of water to the boil.

  • 2.

    Salt it, as you would for pasta.

  • 3.

    Add the potatoes, and cook until tender when you test them with a fork.

  • 4.


  • 5.

    Toss in olive oil.

  • 6.

    Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
