First I thought, "oil as sauce? on top of an oily fish like salmon? Nooo!". But the recipe was so simple, so I tried, and it was very good! Tomatoes and basil makes this dish so fresh. I cook this regularly especially in summer.

Me 2,sounds easy and yummy,anything that has tomato and basil in it tastes great. Iam itlain and tomato and basil and ol makes a great salad, served with crusty italian bread, have had it all my life,nothing beats it.
