This noodles recipe would be great alongside pork chops or a pork roast.
Cook egg noodles in salted boiling water until tender. Drain and set aside.
In a large pot, melt butter over medium high heat until the foam that the butter produces subsides. Add onions and sauté until browned, about 5 minutes. Add egg noodles and peas and reduce heat to medium, stir to warm through.
Season to taste.
Alternatively, stir in 1 cup of cottage cheese immediately before serving (especially alongside pork chops or a pork roast).
