This recipe is inspired by the famous ‘testi kebabi’ Nici had in Istanbul – meat and a complex mix of spices cooked in a sealed claypot. This one is faster and less complicated but just as delicious.

Is 200F correct? That's only 93 degrees celcius
This was the nicest chicken hotspot I have ever tasted. It was refreshing and sweet. I think the Pomegranite molasses made it. You can buy it from a middle eastern grocer. It lends a tart aftertaste and the fresh mint on top really finishes it off for me. Will make this for our next dinner party and serve with fresh figs for dessert.
Can i ask what temp u set your oven at? 200F sounds way too low
do you have to use pomegranate molasses
