Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a wok and add sesame seeds. Cook for 30 seconds until golden. Add the spring onions and celery, then the garlic. Add the rest of the greens and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the soy sauce, bring to the boil, bubble to reduce slightly. Transfer to a dish and serve.
