Naturally brewed soy sauce is an essential ingredient in this hot and spicy sauce.
1 tsp fish sauce
Juice of half a lime
1 tbs Kikkoman naturally brewed soy sauce
1 tbs minced chilli or chilli sauce
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp sesame or peanut oil
Combine all ingredients and serve.
Merlot, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are the best wines to pair with Soy Chilli Sauce.
