Stuffed Chicken

Follow this easy family recipe for a beautiful twist on roast chicken.


  • 1 whole chicken

  • 200 g mascarpone cheese

  • 1 tbsp chopped rosemary

  • squeeze of ½ lemon

  • lemon zest

  • seasoning


  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 180°C.

  • 2.

    Mix mascarpone, rosemary, and seasoning. Carefully place mascarpone filling underneath the skin of the chicken breast and thigh.

  • 3.

    Drizzle with oil, and season. Roast in oven for 45 minutes.
