Lettuce Cups with Chilli Tuna

Impress your guests this summer with this easy entrée from episode 1 of Everyday Gourmet.


  • 185gm can sirena tuna, drained

  • ½ iceberg lettuce

  • 2 tablespoon chopped red capsicum

  • 1 tbsp chopped spring onion

  • 1 diced tomato with seeds removed

  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander

  • juice of ½ lime

  • drizzle of olive oil

  • salt to taste


  • 1.

    Wash the lettuce and cut in half to create lettuce cups. Trim if necessary.

  • 2.

    Combine the remaining ingredients, and stir. Spoon the mixture into lettuce cups.

  • 3.

    This is ready to eat straight away, and great party food.
