Citrus Carrots

A zesty side dish from Coles.

Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 1kg carrots, peeled,
  • juice of 1 orange
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 20g butter

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 210°C or 190°C fan. Cut carrots into batons. Place carrots, both juices and sugar
  2. in a small baking pan. Toss to combine.
  3. Dot butter over carrots. Bake for 30-40 mins, or until tender and sauce is glossy.
