Vegetarian burger

easy and healthy


  • 1 can lentils 330g

  • 3 cups of unsweetened cornflakes

  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot

  • 1/2 cup chopped onions

  • 1/2 cup chopped white cabbage

  • 2 eggs

  • salt

  • pepper

  • garlic if you like

  • 1/4 cup canola oil

    Drain lentils mix all ingredients in a bowl, season to your liking, let it rest for 15 minutes, form burger patties and shallow fry in a non sticky pan until crisp on both sides, serve with foccacia bread as burger or just plain on salad or veggies


produce more easy to freeze and reheat in the microwave
