Batlow Premium Cider Sangria

Enjoy this delicious summery cocktail created by Ed Loveday from Sydney bar The Passage. Served in punch bowl or carafe!


  • 75ml white rum

  • 250ml pomegranate juice

  • 40ml lime juice

  • 30ml sugar syrup

  • handful of fresh mint leaves

  • 1 batlow apple (thinly sliced)

  • 2btls batlow premium cider


  • 1.

    Combine all ingredients in a large punch bowl with plenty of ice and stir to combine. Ladle into individual punch glasses and garnish with a mint sprig and apple slice.
