Simple and delicious recipe that takes 20 mins to cook.
Preheat oven to 190 degrees c.
Lay some baking paper on a baking tray.
Place fillets on paper.
Sprinkle Sea Salt and Pepper on the fish.
Sprinkle Smoked Paprika on top.
Sprinkle parsley on top.
Sprinkle some chilli flakes. (Optional)
Then layout lemon slices on top along the length of the fish.
Sprinkle some more chilli flakes (This looks great when cooked)
Sprinkle Garlic Powder on top.
Add a splash of olive oil then wack it in the oven for 15 mins.
We served this with a basic salad, grated carrots, spring onions, Thai Basil and a basic dressing of olive oil, lemon and balsamic vinegar. The whole thing worked a treat.
