A quick-and-easy dip idea, perfect for dinner and cocktail parties.
Tasty dip or can be used instead of butter.
400g tin cannellini beans drained and well washed
2 tbs Pesto paste- avoiding the oil
3 tbs low fat yoghurt
½ tsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper
Blend all ingredients until smooth, adjust seasonings.
