Greek roasted fetta

"Master of cheese" Will Studd bakes up a delicious treat using Fetta.


  • 300 g Barrel - Ripened Feta cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Dried Greek Oregano

  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • .5 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black pepper

  • Crusty bread To serve


  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 190°C.

  • 2.

    Place a slice of fetta in a small ovenproof baking dish.

  • 3.

    Crush the dried herbs between your fingers and sprinkle on top.

  • 4.

    Drizzle with olive oil and season with ground pepper.

  • 5.

    Bake in preheated oven 12-15 minutes.

  • 6.

    Serve immediately with crusty bread.
