Whisk the Whites with a pinch on Salt till soft peeks then add the sugar and whisk till stiff. You don't want it too stiff just enough to give you peeks
Once the Chocolate has melted, fold in the Yogurt.
Mix mell till all the Yogurt is mixed into the chocolate.
Carefully fold in the Whites. You want to do this as carefully as you can to keep the airyness of the Mousse.
Pour into glasses or your molds.
Refrigerate for at leased an hour and Serve!
