Pup’s Strawberry Daiquiri

Serve with spicy Mexican meal or afternoon guacamole / corn chips.

Ingredients

  • • 100 millilitres of bacardi white rum
  • • 1 freshly squeezed lime
  • • 1 small punnet of strawberries
  • • 100 grams (5 table spoons) of caster sugar
  • • 800 millilitres of ice

  1. Blend all ingredients to serve in four 300 ml cocktail glasses.
