Chicken & mustard seed sauce


Ingredients

Method

  1. Coat chicken in seasoned flour
  2. Heat margarine and cook chicken until golden brown, turning occasionally.
  3. Add spring onion & mushrooms, mustards and stir in well.
  4. Add wine, water, honey, basil and season with pepper.
  5. Let simmmer for 10 minutes. Add cream & mix well. Just before serving, sprinkle grated cheese on top of chicken and allow to melt.
  6. Serve with baked potatoes and veggies.
  7. If you have lots of sauce, serve with pasta.
