Scale, gut and fillet fish.
Place fish on baking paper and cut 3 cuts in fish and cover with sliced lime, ginger, garlic and coriander sprinkle with olive oil and place on BBQ for approx 20 minutes.
Place all vegies in a wok and stir fry for approx 10 minutes and then pour 1 cup coconut cream and let reduce
