Peppered Tuna Steaks


They are delicious if you are a seafood person!!

Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients

Method

  1. Lightly coat the tuna steaks with the oil and salt.
  2. Then coat in the peppercorns.
  3. Heat a frying pan and add the fish, when hot, and cook over a medium heat for 2 - 3 minutes.
  4. Serve with baked potatos dabbed with a little butter, rocket leaves and lemon slices on the side.
