Pump some energy into your muscles with this simple recipe.
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp sunflower seeds
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp barley grass powder
1 cup milk – use goat/oat/rice/almond etc
2 tsp whey protein powder (at least 80% protein)
1 tsp wheat germ
1 tsp brewers yeast
½ cup berries
First blend all seeds and almonds until they become a powder, add 1 tsp barley grass powder.
Blend all ingredients together.
Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Other Whites are the best wines to pair with Muscle Energy Drink.
