Stir fry the healthy way with this tasty meal idea.
Heat a pan on medium heat with a dash of olive oil and heat a small pot of water with a pinch of salt.
Place all vegetables and Tempeh in the pan and stir fry for a good 5 minutes, at the same time add the noodles to the water in the pot for 2 minutes if fresh, if dry follow packet instructions, drain the noodles leaving a little bit of water with the noodles, add to the vegies and stir fry for a further 2 minutes.
Place in a bowl and serve.
