Try this recipe for a sweet treat to start your day.
Bring 2 cups water to a boil, add 1 cup quinoa, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup thinly sliced apples, 1/3 cup raisins, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and simmer until water is absorbed.
Serve with milk and sweeten to taste with honey or stevia.
