Enjoy this healthy steak dinner meal.
In a small bowl or cup add olive oil and pepper steak seasoning until it becomes a paste, rub the steak on both sides allowing to slightly coat, for best results allow to marinate overnight.
Heat a pan until it feels hot when you place your hand over the top.
Place the beans in a bowl with water and microwave for 3 minutes,
Place steak on to pan and cook on each side for 3 minutes, remove steak and allow to rest for a further 3 minutes.
Drain the beans except for a little water in the bottom of the bowl, tip the beans and water into the steak pan to flavour the beans, mix beans around the pan and place steak and beans onto the plate.
