    Sauté garlic, ginger and chilli in extra virgin olive oil for 1 minute.

  • 2.

    Add all vegetables (except bean shoots and coriander) and water, toss then cover for 3 minutes and continue cooking.

  • 3.

    Add tamari, bean shots & coriander and mix well.
