I need a high proteine daily meal plan

@Antonella, it really should be made fresh and drunk within a few hours. I make mine and dilute it half and half with water and then drink the rest later in the day.

I make up a whole pineapple and put in 4-6 lemons (depends on size). Only lasts a few days. I only add the cayenne just before drinking. I have an Oscar 900 Juicer that I just love, will do anything including wheatgrass.

Hi Brandon,
The juicer we used on the show is the StylePlus Power Juicer. You can buy it online here for about $100 -

Hope this helps and enjoy the juice!

Could you make a whole jug and keep it in the fridge or should it be fresh everyday?

Are you able to make a whole jug full and keep it in the fridge or does it have to be made fresh everytime?
