TIPS: Try and finely chop the dates otherwise you can get big chunks in the puddings and its not very nice. If you are serving these puddings they taste good with little side extras like toffie, mint leaves, cream, caremal sauce or fanned strawberries. The cooking time of the puddings may vary depending on how old/new your oven is, eg. Mine is an old oven so things take longer to cook because heat ecapes.
