2 pieces of mountain bread
4 pieces smoked salmon, ¼ cup fresh ricotta
2 fresh tomatoes, sliced 1 tbsp dill, chopped
1 lemon, rind
Lay out wraps and layer ingredients evenly across one side.
Roll and serve like that.
Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Rose are the best wines to pair with Mountain Bread Brekkie Wrap.
