Fatoosh Salad

This recipe is made with leftover bread and from Episode 18 of Good Chef Bad Chef Series 3


  • Zata


  • 1.

    In a large bowl place, lettuce, dill, chives, parsley, cucumber, onion, chilli, green beans, radishes, sumac, pepper, salt, lemon and olive oil. Mix together.

  • 2.

    Coat mountain bread with Zata paste. Toast the bread if you wish. Crack bread and add into salad.
