Frittata with Spaghetti with egg and olives


This recipe is from Episode 3 of Good Chef Bad Chef Series 3

Ingredients

  • 250g spaghetti cooked
  • 150g black olives pitted
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 sprigs of thyme, picked
  • parsley
  • 75g gruyere
  • 3eggs
  • pinch nutmeg
  • pinch salt

Method

  1. Sweat onion, thyme and parsley, in 50g butter. Whisk eggs and season. Add nutmeg. Mix all ingredients together. Cook for 8 - 12 min until set.
