Garlic Mayonnaise Sauce:
Blend together Mayonnaise, Juice of half a lemon, and a teaspoon of crushed garlic.
Mix The Soya Sauce and wasabi paste together,
Dip the Tuna steaks in the mixture.
Roll the edges of the Tuna steaks through the black sesame seeds.
Place Tuna steaks on a hot BBQ.
Seal & cook on the one side for 6-8 minutes depending on the thickness of the steak, repeat cooking time on the alternate side.
Chop the white ends off the Bok Choy and asparagus place on the BBQ - brush with Virgin Olive Oil and season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground pepper, toss gently to combine for 5 minutes.
With feeling arrange the Bok Choy and Asparagus on plate, then place the Tuna steaks on top.
Dollop a teaspoon of Garlic Mayonaise Sauce on top of each Tuna Steak and crown this with the fish roe.
Thinly Sliced Yellow and Green Zucchini char grilled can be used as an alternative to the Bok Choy.
