  • 1.

    Prepare the dough ( )

  • 2.

    Take part of the dough and stretch it as thin circle

  • 3.

    Cut the circle to 8 Triangle

  • 4.

    Of the wide side of the triangle, put a small piece of chocolate then roll the triangle from the wide and up to the top of the triangle

  • 5.

    Brush the pastries with whipped egg with a little liquid milk to become shiny

  • 6.

    Place it into baking pans then put it in oven to baked


You can use the Jam, Pressed dates or Dried fruit to stuffed the pastries
