Method

  1. Prepare the dough ( http://www.lifestylefood.com.au/recipes/15452/10-minutes-dough )
  2. Take part of the dough and stretch it as thin circle
  3. Cut the circle to 8 Triangle
  4. Of the wide side of the triangle, put a small piece of chocolate then roll the triangle from the wide and up to the top of the triangle
  5. Brush the pastries with whipped egg with a little liquid milk to become shiny
  6. Place it into baking pans then put it in oven to baked

You can use the Jam, Pressed dates or Dried fruit to stuffed the pastries
