Artichoke dip

Rich, creamy and very addictive.



  • 1.

    Lightly fry Bacon, onions, garlic and allow to cool.

  • 2.

    In a bowel add fried ingredients, Artichoke, Sun dried tomatoes, Mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Parmesan cheese, Lemon juice,

  • 3.

    Pepper and combine gently.

  • 4.

    Spoon mixture into a baking dish (Bowel), add blue cheese on top and sprinkle with Paprika.

  • 5.

    Bake in oven 190 deg for 20-25 minutes until mix starts to simmer.

  • 6.

    Remove sprinkle with Parsley and serve with crusty bread.

  • 7.

    Place baking dish on large serving plate and arrange quartered toasted Turkish bread or French load piece around the dish.

  • 8.

    Spoon mixture onto piece as required.
