  • 1 green sweet pepper
  • 1 yellow sweet pepper
  • 1/2 kilo minced meat
  • 2 cup of yogurt
  • 6-7 tablespoons tahini
  • 5-6 tablespoons lemon
  • Fried bread
  • salt to taste
  • 2 incision garlic
  • sumac for decorating
  • nuts for decorating
  • Parsley for decorating

Method

  1. first, cut the Eggplant and colored sweet pepper into small cubes
  2. fry the Eggplant
  3. Turn the peppers with a little oil for a few
