taste ok, a bit too crumbly.. Not as good as the real fudgey brownies. These are more of a cake. Still yum. And the best bowl licking experience of my life.. haha
I replaced half of the castor sugar with splenda and used whole mealflour instead, still devine!!:)

This recipe is what everyone said above and more! Scrumptious and easiest recipe I ever prepared in my entire life!! I made two small changes...instead of caster sugar I used brown sugar and added a bit of cooking chocolate chunks!! I couldnt stop to eat it!! ;-))

I have made these twice now. So quick and easy and made with ingredients that we always have handy. Put a couple of tablespoons of white choc chips in the 2nd batch at the kids request. Will be a regular treat at our place.
I made these brownies on the weekend with GF flour ( Orgran) and they were delicious. They were really fudgy and noone could tell they were gluten free.
Can this be made with gluten free flour?
