Tried this tonight for the first time and was my first donna recipe. Very quick and simple, i think i may have cooked the sauce for slightly too long as mine was a little dry and I prefer it a bit more saucy. Also added in some mushrooms, parsley and cooked the prosciutto. Will definitely try again but will make extra sauce next time.
I am new to cooking regular fresh evening meals and this one was the first Donna Hay recipe I've tried and my family loves it. Will certainly be a regular option.
Love this recipe my housemate and I use it all the time. We also grab a frypan and fry up chicken, bacon, onion, garlic and mushrooms and stir that in as well. Goes down a treat!
I made this recipe twice in one day. Delicious!

try grilling the prosciutto makes for a nice texture removes the crewyness
