Asparagus Bruschetta


Ingredients

Method

  1. salt to taste
  2. Method
  3. 10 In a microwave safe bowl, add
  4. the asparagus spears
  5. alongwith 1 tablespoon of
  6. water and salt and microwave
  7. on high for 45 seconds.
  8. Remove and keep aside.
  9. 20 Mix together the butter and
  10. parsley and apply the mixture
  11. on one side of each of the 4
  12. slices.
  13. 30 Place the buttered slices on a
  14. shallow microwave safe plate
  15. and microwave on high for 30
  16. seconds.
  17. 40 Arrange 6 asparagus spears
  18. on each slice, top with the
  19. grated cheese and dry red
  20. chilli flakes and microwave on
  21. high for 30 seconds.
  22. 50 Serve immediately.
