Fruit Rockets

Episode 12, Season 2 of Healthy Gourmet.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup pear juice

  • 2 tbsp coconut

  • ¼ tsp ginger

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • add in for each person:

  • 2 tbsp almonds

  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds

  • 2 tbsp hazelnuts

Method

  • 1.

    Blend all ingredients until smooth

  • 2.

    Pour onto fruit trays

  • 3.

    Dehydrate fro 12 hours at 130 degrees
