Coarsely pound the grated coconut,green chilliesa,garlic,onions and cumin seeds.then mix it with finely sliced cabbage. Now heat coconut oil in a wok,add mustard seeds and curry leaves,lower the flame and heap the cabbage mixture in the centre of the wok.Sprinkle with sailed water and close with a lid.Cook on low flame for about 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot with rice
In place of madras button onions you can use spanish red onions also.
