Marinade with soy sauce, sake and freshly grated ginger for 5 minutes.
Remove from the marinade and dip all the chicken into egg whites and then rice flour and deep fry in vegetable oil, which has reached a temperature of 160 – 170 degrees.
Serve with the same ingredients as the marinade or with a wedge or two of lemon.
