Plantain Surprise

plantain dessert filled with almonds, pinneaple and cinnamon.

Method

  • 1.

    Cook the plantains until they are quite soft.(if you want you can cook the plantains in a microwave oven, placing them in a plastic container with 500 ml of water for 6 minutes) Then drain in a colander until the water lost. Then make a mashed banana, add the vanilla and half of pure place in a small round mold.

  • 2.

    Cut pineapple slices into small pieces

  • 3.

    Mash the beans and mix with honey (30 ml), cinnamon (1 teaspoon)and pineapple chunks.

  • 4.

    Place the rest of the mashed banana on almond, forming a cake.

  • 5.

    Turn out the cake, put honey (20 ml) over it and sprinkle some cinnamon (1 teaspoon).

Notes

If you want, you can add to fill 50 g of raisins and 50 g of soft cheese.
If you want, you can eat this cake hot or cold.
If you want hot, make the cake while hot is pure .
If you want cold, WHEN THE HEAT LOST CAKE put it in the refrigerator for an hour
You can fill the cake with cashew, macadamia or any nuts of your choice.
