Chocolate and Raspberry Fondant with a Sugar Pencil

Ingredients

Sugar Pencil:

Method

  1. Melt all chocolate on a low heat.
  2. Mix Baileys and Frangelico with half a tub of cream in separate dish add melted chocolate and whisk til creamy.
  3. Put honey and raspberries in container and blend until creamed together, then place in fridge until serving time.
