Flamed Grilled Eye Fillet Steak topped with Asparagus Tips, Champagne Ham & Cheese accompanied by Mustard Potatoes & stir fried Vegetables in a Sweet Chilli Sauce

Preheat oven 180 degrees.
Place potatoes in ovenproof dish with a little oil.
Top with one clove of garlic, one tablespoon of wholegrain mustard mixed together.
Bake oven until golden brown.
Flame grill eye fillet until slightly more rare than required.
Place steak under grill & top with asparagus, ham and cheese until cheese is toasted.
Pre heat pan & a little oil place all vegetables & sauté until cooked.
