This is a typical italian pasta sauce, called gravy because of its runny apearance. Most italians make there sauce once a year and bottle it. But this is an alternative that tastes just as good!
Sautee onions and garlic for a few minutes.
Add chops and brown.
Add tin tomatos and water, stock and salt and bring to boil.
Reduce and simmer for aprox 1.5 hours untill water has evaporated and sauce has thickened.
Remove chops, these can be served as a second dish with lettuce.
Serve sauce with fresh pasta
