  • 1.

    Fry potatos in stock cube and a clove of garlic and set aside

  • 2.

    Fry peppers, capsicum in another stock cube and garlic, remove and add to potatos.

  • 3.

    Fry onion in remaining stock and garlice and add to potatoes.

  • 4.

    Enjoy on its own as a side dish, or add to some pasta!

  • 5.

    Can also add pasta gravy sauce for another version!
